Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern (Open Interest) to join our Human Resources team. Requirements

  • Current Enrollment: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate must be Rising Senior Graduating in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: A proven ability to remain organized and detail-oriented while finding creative solutions to organizational hurdles.
  • Integrity and Discretion: A high degree of professional ethics and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with absolute confidentiality.
  • Employment Eligibility: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the full duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Execute specific Human Resources projects from ideation to delivery, such as refreshing onboarding materials or auditing job descriptions, to improve the employee lifecycle.
  • Compliance and Process Improvement: You will ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards while identifying opportunities to streamline Human Resources processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with managers and employees to provide high-quality service across various centers of excellence.
