Nurse Residency Program: Participation is required for all baccalaureate new graduate nurses. This one-year program is designed to promote professional practice through specific clinical and educational activities. As a member of the nursing staff on the assigned unit, you are provided with additional clinical support and mentoring relationships to help you develop your abilities and confidence as a professional nurse. Special educational activities are scheduled throughout the year including seminar days, clinical observation experiences and clinically specific education programs.
