General: The Regulatory & Compliance Cloud Technology Intern will be part of the Corporate Services Technology group, which supports enterprise-wide technologies. This position is responsible for working closely with the team and will participate in weekly intern cohort programming, as well as collaborating with other interns on a group project. Role Description: As the Regulatory & Compliance Cloud Technology Intern you will assist the Reg & Compliance Technology team in the planning and execution of cloud-based compliance solutions. This internship will be hands on. You will assist in building and optimizing data pipelines, dashboards, and compliance monitoring tools using Azure Data Factory (ADF), .NET, CI/CD pipelines, Angular, Database technologies, and Power BI. You will be involved in discussions and processes for multi-million-dollar decisions. A general understanding of compliance technology systems, preparation of documentation, spreadsheets & presentations to enhance executive reporting capabilities are part of the role.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Azure services , ADF , and Power BI .
- Basic understanding of .NET development , Angular , and CI/CD concepts .
- Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and Azure Pipelines.
- Interest in financial services and compliance technology.
Responsibilities
- Data Integration & Transformation: Develop and maintain ADF pipelines for ingesting compliance-related data from multiple sources.
- Application Development: Support development of .NET-based backend services and Angular front-end components for compliance applications.
- CI/CD Automation: Assist in configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for deploying applications and data workflows.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build and enhance Power BI dashboards for compliance monitoring and audit readiness.
- Database Management: Work with relational databases for schema design, data validation, and query optimization.
- Documentation & Best Practices: Create technical documentation and compliance process guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cloud engineers, compliance officers, and data analysts to deliver integrated solutions.
