With a concentrated focus on real estate, EA RESIG has a world class team of accounting professionals to perform a diverse suite of fund management services. By removing the burden of staffing, maintaining and managing an in-house accounting department we allow fund managers to focus on the execution of their investment strategies.

Requirements

  • Have the availability to work 32 hrs/wk, Mon – Thurs, 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Live in commutable distance to your assigned office
  • Ability to work in-person in NYC Office multiple days per week
  • Ability to complete 2-3 day training at beginning of internship
  • Ability to complete the entire Summer Internship Program: June 8 – Early August
  • Current Junior or Senior majoring in MIS, IT, accounting or related field
  • Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Nice To Haves

  • 0-2 years recent public accounting experience
  • Strong MS Excel and MS Word
  • Final Graduation of December 2026 through September 2027
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team
  • Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with updating core account platform, Yardi
  • Provide support with validating account data using excel
  • Execute a series of steps in accounting platform to run reports and test features
