We are seeking a highly motivatedn AI Models Software Engineering intern/co-op to join our team and participate in research and development of next-generation product differentiation features with extraordinary ML/AI engineers. In this role – You will develop and benchmark AI software frameworks and tools. Your responsibility will include operator development and model deployment across CPU/GPU/NPU stacks. You will research inference quantization and acceleration for models such as LLMs, ViTs, and CNNs. You will collaborate closely with development teams and project managers to drive performance improvements. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based PhD program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming ability in C++/CUDA and Python.
  • Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, vLLM, SGLang, or ONNX.
  • Familiarity with development tools such as git, cmake, make, conda, or docker.
  • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, image processing, neural networks, and computer architecture.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI framework development, operator implementation, ML quantization, or compilers is a plus.
