About The Role: This internship is designed for current college students, undergraduate or graduate seeking a career in commercial real estate. Participation in the program is intended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the multifamily commercial real estate business and valuable skills, earned by working alongside dedicated professionals in the largest and most successful global commercial real estate services firm. The internship accelerates your learning and development by providing you with a strong foundation upon which to build your commercial real estate career. As a program participant, you will also partake in learning and development activities designed especially for you. What You'll Do: Conduct property and market-specific research Assist the underwriting team with credit and real estate analysis, processing incoming exhibits and preparing final delivery underwriting packages. Review underwriting due diligence information and integrate real estate information from market research reports and other third-party sources. Interface and collaborate with other internal teams, including production analysts, insurance and closing. Other duties as assigned.
