What you will gain The Full Time Analyst Program, beginning in early July 2026, provides a five-week comprehensive training and introduction to Santander CIB and its capabilities. The training includes coursework in financial accounting, structuring, excel, analysis, modeling, and corporate valuation. You will be combining this training with practical experience on both technical and interpersonal skills, helping your overarching development during the program. Throughout the Two-Year Program, you will work with dynamic teams that will provide you with support from some of the most passionate and experienced colleagues in the industry; all while developing the skills, knowledge, and leadership experience you will need to grow both professionally and personally. This 2026 Investment Banking Full Time Analyst Program is for undergraduate students in a four-year program who have an anticipated graduation date of May/June 2026. Based in New York (NY), you will become part of an international business working with teams across different geographies. Requirements

• An undergraduate student in a four-year program with an expected graduation date of May/June 2026.
• Cumulative GPA is 3.5 or above.
• Highly motivated and results oriented with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage in their leadership style.
• Crisp communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing, interacting professionally, transparently, and effectively with people at all levels.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills both written and spoken required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong critical thinking with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges.
• Ability to multi-task as required.
