The Opportunity The Digital GTM, Sales & Growth team is responsible for driving Adobe’s global digital go-to-market strategy across consumer and B2B segments. We focus on accelerating revenue growth and customer engagement by aligning audience strategy, sales execution, and product monetization. Our team partners closely with product, marketing, and regional partners to optimize the full funnel, sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution. We use data-driven insights to shape pricing programs, launch new commerce capabilities, and scale international growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2026 – Jun 2027
  • Critical Thinking & Business Sense - Ability to break down complex business problems, synthesize insights from data, and develop actionable recommendations aligned with Adobe’s digital growth priorities.
  • Strong Communication & Executive Presence - Comfort presenting to senior partners, writing crisp summaries, and facilitating cross-functional alignment across multiple functional teams
  • Analytical & Quantitative Skills - Proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with SQL or financial modeling is a plus.
  • Project Management & Ownership - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, drive progress independently, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity and Fast Iteration - Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and solutions evolve quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Market & Customer Insights - Analyze internal and external data to uncover churn drivers, growth opportunities, or future GTM innovations. Conduct benchmarking and develop industry expertise to support new GTM initiatives and pricing experiments.
  • Growth Strategy Development - Support the design and refinement of digital commerce strategies, including app store monetization, mobile /desktop GTM motions across the entire marketing funnel
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Join existing workgroups that may span PMM, PM, GTM, Marketing, etc to support major strategic programs (pricing, int'l expansion, GTM innovation, etc.)
