The Opportunity As a GTM Strategy Associate Intern, you will help drive the strategy and execution that delivers growth and sales success across Adobe. Your proven ability to break down problems and build structure and process will serve you well as you work with team leadership to inspect go-to-market effectiveness, evaluate launch and readiness processes, improve communication, and provide insights into customer problems. You will work cross-functionally to lead complex, business initiatives that result in improved business processes, better customer experiences, and increased customer acquisition. You will be part of a high performing team that develops insights and recommendations through data analysis, market research, employee interviews, financial impact modeling, and other techniques. This role offers rich opportunities to develop as a GTM leader, thought leader, and business leader. You will have opportunities to learn the Digital Experience and Digital Media businesses and develop your network as you collaborate with people across Adobe, including from Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Professional Services, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program graduating between December 2026 – June 2027
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both peers and leaders

Responsibilities

  • Analyze strategic and operational improvement to drive the Adobe’s business forward
  • Apply structured thinking to navigate ambiguous business challenges, and distill complex problems into clear, actionable strategies and execution plans
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Product teams to develop and execute plans
  • Use data-driven business models to understand trends in the business and develop insights that translate into impactful recommendations for growth
  • Identify and prioritize business growth opportunities (e.g. country, route-to-market, vertical, product) and develop programs to deliver against these opportunities (test, implement)
  • Create compelling presentations and narratives that simplify complex topics, and synthesize insights into clear and impactful recommendations for leadership audience.
