Requirements

• Enrolled in four-year university or pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• The Immigration Reform and Control Act requires that verification of employment eligibility be documented for all new employees by the end of the third day of work.

Responsibilities

• Will provide support to the maintenance team
• Help the team that engage s in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds.
• May help establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures for plant equipment
• Learn from the team that maintain s production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.
• Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies
• Shadow training programs to ensure proper operations, preventive maintenance, and repair equipment programs and procedures ; all while adhering to the highest safety expectations.
• Complete and present a project related to issues within the maintenance department
