About The Position

The 2026 Intrepid Internship Program is here! Ready to dive straight into real agency work? Our 2026 Intrepid Internship Program is officially open, and we’re inviting curious, ambitious students and recent grads to join us for a summer of hands-on learning, collaboration, and portfolio-worthy projects. This isn’t an “observe from the sidelines” kind of internship. It’s a playground of real-world agency experience. You’ll roll up your sleeves, work on real client work, and explore what life inside an agency actually looks like.

Requirements

• Professional, clear, and confident communication skills
• Self-motivation and strong attention to detail
• The ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a team and independently
• Curiosity about advertising trends, social platforms, and emerging tech
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, Outlook and more

• You’ll be supported by experienced mentors, teammates, and leaders who are passionate about developing talent.
