Internship Program (Summer 2026)
About The Position
The Fidelity Bank Internship Program is open for applications for summer 2026! Our seasonal internships are paid assignments, scheduled for full-time hours, and depending on your college program you may be eligible to qualify for course credit. This program offers the opportunity to gain experience in the banking industry, expand your knowledge and experience, develop and grow a professional network, and learn about career opportunities in banking and financial services. The Bank’s internships typically start in late May and extend through August or early September. Program Details: - Minimum 10 worked weeks - 40 hours per week - Runs from May to August (flexible start and end dates)
Requirements
- An overall GPA of 3.5 is strongly preferred
- 18 business-related credits preferred
- Preference will be given to students who are entering their junior and senior year of college
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing are essential
- Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a banking, accounting, or finance environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills and experience preferred
