The Summer 2026 Education Internship offers a hands-on learning experience that connects theory with real-world coaching practice. Interns will gain exposure to the club’s coaching philosophy, training methods, coaching support plan, summer camps operation and player development pathway. They will support coach development, coaching courses curriculum, session analysis, observe best practices in coaching feedback delivery, and resource development. Overall, it aims to prepare interns for careers in coaching and sports development. The internship runs from May 26th to August 14th and provides exposure to primarily three sub-departments of Youth Programs: the Education Department, the Recruitment Department, and the Player Development Department. The intern will typically be in-person up to three days per week. Some weekend availability will be needed to support camp operations. This is an unpaid, for credit internship (proof that you will receive credit is required).
