JOB SUMMARY To provide technical and engineering coordination between the customer, Marketing and Engineering/Manufacturing. Prepares technical proposals and problem summaries for company wide usage. Provides Service facilities, Field Service personnel and aircraft operators with technical assistance regarding all Fleet Programs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare technical data and problem summaries from field reports and inspection summaries to brief marketing, engineering and manufacturing functions on field problems.
  • Sustain technical files of existing and potential product improvements and serialized production changes.
  • Analyze discrepancy reports concerning Textron Aviation Fleet Program products. Coordinates corrective action with Manufacturing.
  • Acts as liaison between Field Service and Manufacturing on customer problems and corrective measures.
  • Support the on-site assistance at company owned service centers and independent service stations during investigation of unique aircraft problems or prototype installation.
  • Assist with the preparation of technical programs for operators conferences and technical seminars.
  • Support the team and assist with the coordination of equipment suppliers to achieve maximum reliability from installed equipment on Textron Aviation products.
  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in: o Aircraft Management o Aerospace Engineering o Avionics Engineering o Mechanical Engineering o Other related field
  • Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a team environment to meet department level objectives
  • Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship.
