This intern role will support our TPS Strategy & Business Operations team within the broader TPS organization. Learn more about TPS Strategy & Business Operations As a TPS Strategy & Operations Analyst Intern , you will support the day-to-day management of core business functions, collaborating with team members across the TPS o rganization to improve the quality and efficiency of our Technical Pre-Sales p rocesse s. You will refine and leverage business & analytical skills by tracking key metrics that reflect our team’s impact on Adobe ’s overall performance and by recommending o perational improvements based on performance data. You will help to maintain and innovate our tools and systems and identify ways to scale programs and knowledge management . The TPS Strategy & Operations Internship at Adobe provides interns with the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience conducting analyses and developing recommendations that impact our organization’s structure and shape the way we support customer opportunities. By the end of the summer, you will have contributed to impactful projects while apprenticing alongside experienced members of our Strategy & Operations team as they engage with leaders and solve business problems . All 2026 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled full time in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027
• Available to participate in a full-time internship from May to September 2026
• Keen interest in analytics, operations , technology , or business strategy, demonstrated through coursework, activities, or experience
• Strong data and analysis skillset – demonstrated c omfort ability in excel and ability to run ad hoc data analysis
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills: research, hypothesis development, and synthesizing recommendations
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
• Strong project management skillset
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and through writing and visual presentations
• Ability to assume leadership roles while working collaboratively within a team
• Curiosity and resourcefulness, with a drive to absorb new concepts and explore unfamiliar topics in depth
• Enthusiasm for challenges and learning about the Cloud Software industry
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work

Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Excellence: Support daily business operations and collaborate to enhance TPS quality and efficiency.
• Leverage Data for Insights: Analyze performance, engagement, and operational metrics to measure TPS impact and identify improvement opportunities .
• Innovate Tools & Systems: Maintain and enhance internal tools, while scaling programs related to adoption and excellence .
• Communicate with Impact : Develop storytelling and presentation skills through regular interaction with leadership and cross-functional teams.
