This internship program is designed to empower growth by exploring the dynamic nature of the defense industry throughout Raytheon Operations, Supply Chain & Quality (OSC). Your summer will be focused in Operations & Supply Chain Management in the Land & Air Defense Services (LADS) organization. Throughout the summer, you will be able to expand your knowledge of OSCQ as a whole, while also gaining unprecedented exposure to leadership along the way.
Requirements
- Candidate must be enrolled and pursuing a BA, BS, or masters degree in the area of Supply Chain, Operations, Management or a closely related field by Summer 2026
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Nice To Haves
- 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Project, Word)
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience with real Operations & Supply Chain tools and processes
- Own or contribute to a role-specific project during your internship
- Solve problems while thinking beyond the accepted solutions
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies, material program and supplier management plans, supporting capture/proposal and design-to-cost initiatives throughout all phases of the Program’s product life cycle
