Summary of Position The intern will work with various members of the Supply Chain and Operations & Management teams to enhance internal costing solutions for mechanical components (metals and plastics). Requirements

• Class Year: Rising Junior, Rising Senior
• Majors: Supply chain management, Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical preferred), Information Systems, Data Analytics, or other related majors
• GPA: Min 3.0
• Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg, Florida from May 18,2026 – Aug 7, 2026.
• Strong excel and data analytics skills required
• Critical thinking and teamwork skills
• Effective Communication
• Self-starter – Ability to drive work to completion with efficiency
• Leadership skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills & Resilience

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to enhance supply chain/costing processes.
• Engage with ongoing project related to machine learning, automation, and data analytics to contribute to the development and application of cutting-edge technologies in supply chain management.
• Participate in the development and implementation of software solutions to streamline supply chain processes, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
• Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges in the supply chain process, proposing innovative solutions that can improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance overall performance.
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to support supply chain initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering a holistic understanding of the supply chain ecosystem.
• Display adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment, responding effectively to changing priorities and new challenges in the field of supply chain management.
