Summer Associate Program The Summer Associate Program allows students to collaborate with senior leaders who are committed to growing, developing, and empowering the next generation of healthcare leaders. Summer Associates will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Operations on projects within a group setting across the organization. The Operations team manages the core processes that ensure smooth delivery of services, including claims processing, enrollment, biling and customer support. Program Details Ten-week paid program: Monday, June 1 - Friday, August 7 Full-time: 40 hours per week Hourly rate: $30 per hour Hybrid Work Schedule: May be asked to come to the office two days a week
Requirements
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
- Undergraduate students (expected graduation between December 2026 to May 2028)
- Graduate students (expected graduation between December 2026 to June 2027)
- Interest in the healthcare industry
- Analytical, collaborative, strong communication, and project management skills
