Our 2026 MBA Summer Associate opportunities will span across the following business units: Transcatheter Heart Valves, Surgical Structural Heart, Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies, Implantable Heart Failure Management, and Corporate Strategy. Specific project–based internships will be identified beginning in early 2026. In the meantime, please apply to our Summer Associate posting on your school’s career center website. Requirements

  • Must not require company sponsorship for employment-based visa now or in the future.
  • Must be enrolled in a Full-Time MBA program with a targeted graduation date of Spring 2027.
  • Target GPA of 3.5+ or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years of work experience.
  • Available full-time for the duration of the summer for a minimum of 10 weeks. Specific dates are flexible depending on school schedules.
