These opportunities in our Research and Development Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals The Future Talent Program within the Research and Development Data, AI, and Genome Sciences (DAGS) Department is offering co-ops that last a period of six months. We have 1 lab-based position at our Cambridge, MA location. These projects are designed to enable students to further develop their skills and to evaluate if we are the right company for their long-term goals. We are seeking highly motivated and talented students with wet lab skillsets. The projects will be in one of the following areas: Genome Sciences (2 positions, On Site Cambridge MA): • Evaluate cutting-edge systems-level technologies for target discovery and validation. • Implement 3D cell culture techniques, such as organoids and co-culture, to model disease complexity and micro-environment interactions. • Employ CRISPR-Cas9 technology to perform gene knockouts, knock-in, and other genetic manipulations in cellular models. • Generate and characterize disease-relevant cell lines, including the establishment of stable report cell lines for target validation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and communicate findings in group meetings. • Document experimental results in electronic laboratory notebook.
