Our Casa Grande, AZ location is seeking a 2026 Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) - Corporate Summer Intern The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Support the Water Balance Project through data collection and review to enhance environmental monitoring. Assist with the pH Adjustment Tank Project aimed at reducing water usage and improving sustainability. Investigate the origins of wastewater effluent and contribute to mitigation strategies. Review and update EHS standards across Environmental, PSM (Process Safety Management), and Safety domains. Prepare for and participate in BSI and/or Corporate EHS audits, including documentation and compliance checks. Review and revise specific EHS training materials to ensure alignment with current regulations and practices. Contribute to the implementation of the Industrial Hygiene Plan, including sampling and data analysis. Participate in ergonomic assessments using Humantec software to improve workplace safety. Update facility mapping to reflect current layouts, hazard zones, and safety infrastructure. Assist with the Ductwork Project and/or Control Room Upgrade initiatives under PSM and Projects.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with minimum of 2 years completed at an accredited college or university in Engineering.
- Students must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Benefits
- 10-week paid full-time position.
- Stipend will be provided for interns residing over 50 miles from location to assist with housing and transportation for eligible drivers (interns are responsible for any out of budget expense)
