Requirements

Active students pursuing a degree in engineering (any discipline)
Completed at least one year of college coursework
Are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Participants should be able to build effective relationships with both internal and external client bases, work independently and as a team member, solve problems, and acquire new technical skills.
Interest in experiencing a variety of assignments is essential.
