About The Position

The Customer Strategy & Marketing Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the Customer Strategy team by assisting with key projects and activities that drive the visibility, distribution, and effectiveness of our product portfolio. This hands-on role is ideal for a highly organized and motivated individual seeking experience in trade marketing, category management, data analytics, and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
  • You must be a current college student entering your junior or senior year in the fall of 2025.
  • You must be in excellent academic standing.
  • You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • You are proficient with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • candidate must be willing to come into the office 3x/week.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Category Management team with analysis of sales, market share, and consumer trends for retailer facing presentations
  • Help summarize shopper insights into clear takeaways that support retail sell-in of new product initiatives
  • Clean, optimize and enhance Master Presentations
  • Assist Customer Strategy Director in the collection of retailer specific priorities and activation plans at key customers
  • Maintenance of the Customer Activation template
  • Assist in building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated data (e.g., Circana, Numerator, Yipit)
  • Conduct competitive and assortment analysis to identify growth opportunities and whitespace for key retail partners
  • Provide additional support on ad hoc projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the Customer Strategy & Marketing team.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute innovative ideas to optimize go to market strategies.
