During this 10-week program, you’ll be embedded within a specific business area — such as banking, risk, operations, finance, or technology — working on projects that support real team objectives. You’ll also collaborate with fellow interns on an AI-focused capstone project, participate in professional development programming, and engage with leaders across the organization. In addition to participating in the broader internship program, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the Commercial Credit team across both new deal execution and portfolio management. Support the transaction lifecycle for commercial and industrial (C&I) lending opportunities and private banking credit transactions with high-net-worth individuals. This may include exposure to origination support, deal structuring, underwriting analysis, documentation, and closing processes. Assist in the management of an existing C&I credit portfolio, including lines of credit, term loans, commercial mortgages, standby letters of credit (SBLCs), and construction or bridge financing. Partner with credit administration and cross-functional teams to support risk management processes, ensure alignment with internal policies, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
