The BNY Analyst Program is a 24-month holistic talent development journey featuring rotational experiences designed to prepare participants for future careers. Through projects across various lines of business, participants gain a panoramic view of BNY’s global franchise, offering unique insight into the operations of one of the world's largest banks. In these roles, analysts work on high-priority initiatives, developing comprehensive analytical and interpersonal skills. This highly selective program provides unparalleled exposure to BNY’s senior leadership and clients, along with personalized guidance and support from a peer mentor. Upon successful completion, participants are considered for high-impact roles in multiple functions. The Operations team, where analysts will be placed, supports every stage of the client investment lifecycle, including account creation, trading, clearing, settling, holding, servicing, managing, distributing, and restructuring assets. Operations is central to BNY's efforts to improve client service and operational efficiency. Specific functions within Operations include Asset Servicing, which provides global solutions for managing, administering, and overseeing client investment processes, and Utilities, which plans, builds, and optimizes scalable, cost-efficient standard capabilities and platforms across the client lifecycle, from Know Your Customer (KYC) to Client Activation, Account Opening & Maintenance, Tax, & Revenue and Billing Services. These functions utilize innovative technologies and a data-centric operating model.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program
  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or May 2026 (U.S.)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying
