Requirements

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree with an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Completion of 9 hours of accounting courses (specific to Commercial and Wealth Associate roles).
• Excellent leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (for Commercial and Wealth positions).
• Completion of 12 hours of Finance courses (for Commercial and Wealth positions).
• Coursework in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), or Security (for IT, IS positions).

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom training and line of business overviews.
• Engage in credit analysis training and case study work.

• Build relationships with managers, leaders, and peers.
• Complete rotational training experiences working day-to-day in the line of business.
• Receive professional development through one-on-one coaching with ACT management.
