About you and this role Dow’s Commercial Development Program (CDP) and Marketing Development Program (MDP) is an industry leading training program for aspiring sales candidates. Every day, Dow sales teams make significant contributions toward achieving Dow's vision to be the most Innovative, Customer-Centric, Inclusive and Sustainable Materials Science Company in the world. Sales professionals at Dow serve as "solution consultants" working closely with current and future customers to better understand their business needs and goals. A successful seller leads a cross-functional team to discover and recommend solutions creating value for both our customers, and for Dow. Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Engineering, or other related disciplines.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.000 (4.000 scale) is preferred.
  • Experience via relevant internships and/or academic projects is preferred.
  • A minimum requirement for a U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
  • No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated team player with an owner mindset.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Desire to lead digital tool enhancements with customers and for personal effectiveness.
