Requirements

Strong ability to plan/schedule work for themselves and their staff
Previous experience in leading a team; ability to direct staff
High levels of organization, communication, computer, and writing skills
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
Ability to effectively utilize systems involved in solid waste management, hauling, and disposal (specific industry experience preferred)

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day operations and staff
Oversee and perform all matters related to recycling operations (ex. forklift, skid steer, front end loader, etc.)
Conduct daily safety meetings and work safely/efficiently in a demanding processing environment
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Present a positive image to internal and external customers, assuring the integrity of PWS, Inc.
