The 1LMX Integrated Testing Team under the 1LMX Deployment COE is seeking a highly organized and analytical IT Program Manager to lead the Defect Triage process, which involves assessing defects based on severity, impact, and other key factors to prioritize and drive resolution. As the Defect Management Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that defects are properly triaged, reported, and resolved in a timely and efficient manner, working collaboratively across multiple 1LMX Portfolios (ERP, MES, PPM, GBDS) and with 1LMX Test Leads. You're a highly organized and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, able to multi-task and adapt to changing circumstances. You possess key qualities, including being highly organized, self-motivated with a strong work ethic who can multi-task, working in ambiguous environments, and self-managing with frequent priority changes. With excellent organizational and analytical skills, you're well-versed in data analysis and reporting, using tools like Tableau to drive insights and inform business decisions. You'll provide timely support to the 1LMX Testing Team, ensuring efficient testing cycles, and as a key team player, you'll have strong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders at all levels. Requirements

  • Experience with project management or leadership
  • Demonstrated full spectrum leadership qualities (Shape the Future, Model Personal Excellence, Integrity and Accountability, Build Effective Relationships, Energize the Team and Deliver Results)
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new processes/technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Experience working with large teams on projects that are deadline-driven
  • Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders along with executive leaders
  • Ability to travel to support testing cycles (as needed)
  • US citizenship is required due to system access; program needs exclude dual citizenship

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an integrated testing environment, with a focus on defect management and resolution
  • Domain experience with IT Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall Project Management
  • Experience utilizing JIRA Zephyr (plug-in) or Focused Build as a Test Management Tool
  • Experience with LM's 1LMX Transformation Program
