Requirements
- Proven experience in siding installation (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Own tools, reliable truck/van, and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
- General liability insurance and required business documentation
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite
- Willingness to comply with background checks and drug screening if required
Responsibilities
- Professionally install vinyl and fiber cement siding according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards
- Accurately measure, cut, and fit siding materials for a clean, precise finish
- Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite
- Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections
- Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly
- Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site
