About The Position

Tacheny Exteriors is a fourth-generation, family-owned exterior remodeling company specializing in siding, roofing, windows, doors, gutters, soffit & fascia. We’re growing our in-house crews and looking for dependable individuals who want to learn the siding trade and build a long-term career.

Requirements

• Interest in construction or exterior remodeling
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Basic hand/power tool familiarity (training provided)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork

Nice To Haves

• Construction or siding experience
• Exposure to fiber cement siding (James Hardie, Allura, Nichiha)
• Interest in growing into an Installer or Lead role

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with siding and exterior installations
• Learn proper siding installation techniques and safety procedures
• Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow company quality standards and job site protocols
• Communicate effectively with crew leads and supervisors
• Participate in hands-on training and skill development
