Job Summary: The Field Sales Representative (FSR) is responsible for driving revenue through direct, person-to-person field sales activities, with a primary focus on storm restoration and retail exterior sales. This role is highly hands-on and field-based, requiring consistent canvassing, property inspections, customer consultations, and deal closing. The FSR represents the company in local neighborhoods and communities, generating leads, educating homeowners, and delivering 5-star customer experiences from initial contact through contract execution. Success is measured through daily activity KPIs, revenue production, process adherence, and customer satisfaction.
