We're in search of a seasoned professional to drive excellence in our Zuora platforms. As a pivotal member, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project requirements and objectives. You'll play a central role in providing frontline support, troubleshooting issues, and crafting tailored solutions to meet evolving business needs. With your expertise, you'll guide our team through configuration, customization, and maintenance of our Zuora application, positioning yourself as an internal subject matter expert. Additionally, you'll spearhead change management processes, ensuring seamless transitions and keeping abreast of the latest system updates and integrations.
