About The Position

The YMCA of Orange County is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We are actively seeking an energetic, passionate, and motivational individual to join our team as part-time Zumba Instructor in Laguna Niguel. This role is an opportunity to inspire and empower members by delivering engaging, safe, and effective group exercise classes. This position will look to foster genuine connections, practice exceptional hospitality, and create a safe, positive, and enriching environment where every interaction is meaningful. The Zumba Instructor will help to promote healthy lifestyles and reflects our commitment to community well-being. Location: Laguna Niguel Work Schedule: Sundays at 10:15 am

Requirements

Minimum Age: 21+ years old.
Related background in health and/or fitness.
Current Zumba certification required.
First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided and paid for by the YMCA).

Nice To Haves

Preferred: Two- or four-year degree in health, exercise science, recreation, or physical activity-related field.
Coursework in human anatomy, exercise physiology, and kinesiology preferred.
2 years of experience teaching group fitness preferred.
