About The Position

The position involves instructing safe and effective exercise classes while maintaining a professional disposition at all times. The instructor will be responsible for following all club policies and procedures, including mandatory education certifications and instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures. The role requires a strong understanding of the Crunch brand and adherence to its mission statement. Additionally, the instructor will facilitate member requests and ensure a high level of customer service is provided to clients of all fitness levels.

Requirements

• Maintain valid CPR Certification
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred
• Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable

Nice To Haves

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
• Strong customer service skills
• Good verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.

• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
