NTT DATA is seeking an Ops SASE Support - L2 team member to provide operational support for cybersecurity technologies, specifically Zscaler, Proxy Broadcom, and Active Directory. This role involves communicating plans and routine updates on tasks and projects, as well as opening and escalating issues and risks as they arise. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and leading working group meetings, which includes the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes. Tracking and following up on action items to ensure closure is also a critical part of this position. In addition to operational support, the team member will ensure that all integrations of functions meet business goals. Identifying problem causality, business impact, and root causes is essential, as is advising or mentoring junior team members. The role requires coordination with cross-functional Operations and Technology (O&T) counterparts and teams to improve O&T risk oversight. It is also important to address non-compliant items through coordination with the Business Manager and business staff. Establishing communication channels with cross-sector partners to efficiently tackle security issues that span multiple businesses is a key responsibility of this position.
