Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program in the fall semester following the internship
• Must be a rising junior or rising senior at the time of the internship
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering and Business or a related field
• A Rising Senior with an interest in a path into our RETP program
• Minimum cumulative GPA average of 3.0 (current GPA reported by your school)
• Demonstrates problem solving skills in a customer-focused environment

• Excel and PowerPoint experience
• Self-motivated, punctual, professional and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Participate and help facilitate the Risk Engineering Training Program (RETP) onboarding sessions to understand program objectives and processes
• Facilitate onboarding activities and support new employee integration
• Review content for RETP modules, including PowerPoint slides and SharePoint materials
• Conduct high-level data analysis of survey results to identify key insights
• Assist the team in organizing and coordinating workshops
• Research emerging trends relevant to RETP and general market conditions and share findings with the team
