About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) for Zoom Revenue Accelerator is responsible for generating, managing, and closing business sales within the Zoom Revenue Accelerator account base. This role involves outbound prospecting, driving customer adoption, and collaborating with account executives to expand Zoom's global presence through effective partnerships and strategic account planning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS customer-facing, quota-carrying sales role.
  • Documented history of prospecting achievement.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal colleagues.
  • Experience and understanding of the sales process, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Drive to contribute, grow, and make an impact in a rapidly growing department and company.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, manage, and close business sales within the Zoom Revenue Accelerator account base.
  • Lead sales opportunities from start to finish, with an average sales cycle of 1-2 months.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to targeted customers with a high propensity to buy.
  • Partner with Zoom Revenue Accelerator Specialists to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Drive customer adoption and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product specialists, solution architects, and field leadership.
