FLSA Status: Exempt Summary Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.

Requirements

Must be motivated
Must be able to provide a high level of customer service
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to prioritize tasks and follow through with requests for assistance
Must have strong attention to detail
Must live the Champion Operating Principles
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Background check and Drug Screen are required

Sales experience desired
Manufactured housing industry experience desired
Work from home flexibility will be considered.

Responsibilities

Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
Forwards orders to manufacturer.
Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.
