Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment, specifically in inventory management, customer service, or sales.
• Strong work ethic and ability to exceed results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to challenges and problem-solving.
• Genuine passion for powersports and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by ensuring shelves are stocked, merchandise looks sharp, and pricing is accurate.
• Maintain top-notch store presentation from the sales floor to the backroom.
• Stay informed about products and promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Encourage innovative merchandising strategies to boost sales.
• Uphold high standards and assist in training and developing team members.
• Ensure inventory and merchandising counts are accurate and communicate discrepancies.
• Handle returns and manage the flow of shipments, keeping the stockroom organized.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Represent Comoto at events like annual sales meetings and local moto gatherings.
