Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Zone Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Reliable transportation and full time availability

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage all housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
• Perform any necessary administrative tasks, such as adding notes in operating systems, laminating, etc.
• Provide overall support and assistance to cleaners, including answering questions in the daily communication channel.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate coverage for random daily needs, such as unassigned cleans, supply drop-offs, trash pick-ups, missing laundry, etc.
• Act as an extra runner/helper on days off or vacation days of other team members.
• Assist in coordinating and covering cleaning duties as needed.
• Serve as the designated go-to helper for difficult cleaning tasks.
• Ensure that all cleaners are submitting pictures of their clean.
