Our Technology and Life Sciences team is currently seeking a Zonal Distribution Director for the West to join our team. This is a full-time, exempt role. This role is eligible for a fully remote arrangement. Position Overview/Summary: Reporting directly to the President of Technology and Life Sciences, this pivotal Sales and Distribution leadership role will shape and execute the annual sales strategy for the assigned region. The leader will define and implement a forward-thinking vision, driving production goals and sales excellence across distribution channels in partnership with senior leadership. This role will champion marketing initiatives, programs, and processes to accelerate profitable growth and strengthen brand presence within the assigned zone. Additionally, the leader will cultivate business opportunities and strategic partnerships across key segments, field teams, and agency networks. A critical component of success will be partnering with managers to coach and develop Technology and Life Sciences Underwriters, enabling them to effectively source, underwrite, and close Technology business opportunities. The role balances strategic distribution leadership, pipeline acceleration, portfolio insights, and external market presence. This is a high impact, field-facing role requiring strong executive presence, industry expertise, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
