We are looking for a driven Zoho Intern to help streamline our internal operations and gain hands -on experience with one of the world’s leading cloud software suites. We are seeking a tech -savvy and organized Zoho Intern to support our operations and marketing teams. In this role, you will work directly with our current Zoho stack (CRM, Recruit, Campaigns, etc.), helping us manage data, automate workflows, and improve our talent management processes. This is a learning -intensive role ideal for students or career switchers looking to build a portfolio in CRM management, Business Operations, or Marketing Automation.

Requirements

  • Must be able to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week (hours are flexible).
  • Currently enrolled in a University program (Business, IT, Marketing, or related) OR a dedicated self -learner looking to break into the tech industry.
  • Comfortable learning new software quickly. Prior exposure to Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus but not required.
  • Strong written English skills for drafting emails and documentation.
  • Detail -oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and cleaning the database within Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit to ensure accuracy of candidate and client records.
  • Help set up and execute email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Learn to create basic workflows and blueprints to automate manual tasks (e.g., auto -responses, task reminders).
  • Assist the team in troubleshooting basic user issues and creating simple "How -To" guides for internal processes.
  • Help generate weekly reports on talent acquisition metrics and marketing engagement.
