About The Position
As a ZO. Ambassador at Tishman Speyer, your primary responsibility is to prioritize customer satisfaction while collaborating with both internal and external partners to create memorable hospitality experiences and foster a sense of community within our property. This role is particularly focused on enhancing the ZO. program at Grand Central in Manhattan, and you will report directly to the General Manager. Your position is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that the ZO. program thrives in a vibrant environment. In this role, you will serve as the main communication link between ZO., Property Management, security, and third-party operations teams, ensuring that hospitality standards are consistently met. You will actively seek to build and maintain relationships that facilitate concierge-type services, enhancing the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities will include executing events and activations that engage customers with the ZO. program, working closely with the ZO. team and property management to ensure seamless event operations. Continuous improvement in customer experience is a key focus, and you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing feedback on ZO. programming and services. This feedback will be summarized and presented to management with actionable recommendations. You will greet guests warmly, providing them with guidance and information about the property to ensure their satisfaction. Daily property walkthroughs will be part of your routine, allowing you to provide feedback to the property team regarding design integrity and cleanliness. Additionally, you will keep the Property Management team informed about new customer and VIP tours, assisting in their flawless execution. Staying well-informed about all aspects of the property, including customers, services, and daily events, is essential. As a representative of the ZO. spaces and services, you will provide assistance as needed and report any safety hazards or unsafe practices to management immediately. Administrative and project management duties will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all aspects of the role are executed efficiently.
