About the position

The Product Manager at Davidoff of Geneva USA will be responsible for planning and developing marketing strategies for Zino and Portfolio Brands. This role involves enhancing brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty through strategic initiatives and effective management of brand activation efforts. The Product Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure alignment with global strategies and oversee the execution of brand initiatives, including events and sponsorships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong consumer, trade, and channel strategy aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for profitable market share growth in collaboration with the Business Analysis team.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize brand portfolio and distribution strategy.
  • Monitor product performance and adjust strategies based on regular assessments.
  • Design and execute trade and consumer programs to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to align with global brand strategies and adapt initiatives to local markets.
  • Plan and oversee events and activations, including the Zino National Tour.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials that align with go-to-market strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional departments to support brand objectives.
  • Provide guidance and development to the Zino Brand Activation Manager and team members.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and impactful results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 5-6 years of related experience in product or brand management.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Digital Asset Management.
  • Proven leadership experience and strategic mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the luxury goods or tobacco industry.
  • Familiarity with market research and analysis techniques.
