About The Position
Looking for a ZenDesk Enterprise, architect level person that can design and buildout/update the ITSM tool. Zendesk SME (must have enterprise level implementation experience) Must have experience incorporating a CMDB. Experience with Device 42 something similar. Change Control experience would be helpful
