About The Position

Next Generation Sports is rapidly growing and is looking for someone to organize children's parties across the Netherlands. You will have the opportunity to work independently while having your own input in the events. The role involves working with children and executing sporty, active children's parties, as well as adult events if you choose to participate. You will need a driver's license to transport equipment in our company vans, as events can be requested from all over the country.

Requirements

• EHBO diploma (First Aid certification)
• VOG declaration (Certificate of Good Conduct)
• Completed or ongoing education in sports or pedagogy (e.g., Sportkunde, CIOS, Sport en Bewegen, ALO, Pedagogisch Medewerker, Pedagogiek)
• Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Experience in organizing events
• Background in sports or working with children

Responsibilities

• Organizing and conducting children's parties throughout the Netherlands
• Transporting necessary equipment to various locations
• Collaborating with the team to schedule workdays based on availability
• Engaging with children and ensuring a fun and active environment during events
