Your impact Author and refine CMM programs to deliver repeatable, audit-ready results Interpret advanced blueprints and GD&T to design inspection strategies Perform first article inspections and support production checks Complete dimensional layouts on tight-tolerance aerospace components Diagnose root causes behind measurement discrepancies and correct them Work closely with engineering and production to maintain compliance Tools you master PC-DMIS Zeiss Calypso What sets you up for success 3+ years in CMM programming Proficiency in PC-DMIS and/or Zeiss Calypso Strong command of GD&T and inspection methodology Experience in aerospace or a comparable regulated sector Ability to operate independently and juggle multiple part numbers Shifts 1st shift 2nd shift (shift differential available) Compensation $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience Shift differential available for 2nd shift Growth and culture Be part of a stable, growth-oriented aerospace shop where precision is celebrated and standards are exacting. Requirements

  • 3+ years in CMM programming
  • Proficiency in PC-DMIS and/or Zeiss Calypso
  • Strong command of GD&T and inspection methodology
  • Experience in aerospace or a comparable regulated sector
  • Ability to operate independently and juggle multiple part numbers
