About The Position

Requirements

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience in a quick service or casual dining environment.
• Completion of a high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Open availability to cover either day or evening shifts, and ability to work between 40-45 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Managing 6-11 crew members per shift.
• Preparing employee schedules.
• Ensuring labor and drive time goals are met and maintained.
• Conducting daily and weekly inventory counts.
• Setting a positive atmosphere and creating a culture of participation and development.
• Overseeing the daily execution of Zaxby's Mission Statement and Core Values.
• Complying with company policies, practices, and procedures, and communicating changes to managers and team members.
