The position is responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with local employers and community agencies, focusing on developing work experience sites that lead to participant employment opportunities. The role involves interviewing participants to gather information for appropriate site matches and making timely referrals to work experience locations. Additionally, the position requires conducting employment background checks for participants and work experience site supervisors, collecting participants' timesheets bi-weekly, addressing any performance issues that may arise at the worksite, conducting quarterly site visits, managing files, and overseeing CWDS database management. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
